Rules and Regulations for Tourist Accommodations
This is a Public Health regulation enacted under the authority of O.C.G.A. 31-3-6 but it is based on Chapter 290-5-18 of the O.C.G.A. and it governs the construction, permitting, and operation of tourist accommodations.
