Rules and Regulations for Public Swimming Pools

This is a Public Health regulation enacted under the authority of O.C.G.A. 31-3-6 and it governs the construction, permitting, and operation of public swimming pools. Please contact your local Environmental Health Office if you have questions regarding the Rules and Regulations.
