Applications for Swimming Pool Permits
There are many types of swimming pool permit applications. You will need a permit to Construct a Public Swimming Pool, one to Modify an Existing Pool, and finally a separate application to Operate a Public Swimming Pool.
If you are constructing or building a public swimming pool you will need to submit plans to include the bathhouse and subdivision plat, if applicable, along with a Hydraulic Analysis Worksheet. For a modification of an existing pool you will need to submit all changes and supporting documentation (i.e. cutsheets of the equipment). The operational application is for the actual daily operation of a seasonal or year-round public pool.
