on-site sewage management system permit applications

There are two types of on-site sewage management system permit applications. You will need a permit to Repair an Existing Septic System and a permit for Constructing a New Septic System. These permits are used for both residential and commercial structures. If you would like to apply for a Permit to Operate a Pump Truck for Septage Removal, you will need to fill out the application.

• Permit to Construct an Individual Residential Swimming Pool When Served By an On-Site Management System

Requirements:

• An Original Copy of the Application
• A Local Contact Person's Name and Phone Number
• The Other Required Documents as Detailed in the Basic Requirements
• The Appropriate Fee
